Photo seller – Price list/ordering isn't working?

Hello! I am setting up a new site and created a price list. It had been working when the site was first set up but the site address was showing as caldwellphotoalaska.com/index/

I got it corrected so that it was showing just caldwellphotoalaska.com/ but now the price lists and ordering are no longer working.

I assumed that the change in site address caused the break so I created a new price list and updated each of the galleries to use the new price list. But things still aren’t working and the price options are not showing up. An ‘Add to Cart’ button is showing but if you click on it then you just get a page that states ‘Page not found’

Help! Does anyone know what happened and how I can fix it?

Have you tried deactivating and reactivating the photo seller plugin?

Also double-check that your Photo Details page has not been deleted by accident.

I just tried deactivating, reactivating and its still not working.

I don’t see anything referencing a Photo Details page, where would I check for this? If it was accidentally deleted then is there any way to restore it or add it back on?

Firstly go to your wordpress “Pages” menu and do a search for “Photo Details”.

If you don’t get any results, you can restore that page by doing the following:

– Go to Photo Seller >> Admin Functions

– Click “Regenerate Default Pages” button.

If you do actually have that page and it is still not working let me know.
