Price Change for shipping when customers buy multiple items

I have a lot of items I want to sell but let’s just go with a Travel Mug. Let’s say I set the shipping price on a travel mug for $7.00. If someone buys 2 of them I don’t want the shipping to be $14.00. Instead It needs to be around $7.50 or $8.00. Is there a easy way to accomplish this?
