I am using the Lightbox Ultimate Plugin to show some example webpages. I used Sangit to get a full screen capture of the page, so the image is long. I am using the Pretty Photo option, and when the image pops out it is in a much smaller size than my image file. Ex: my image file is 363×1185, but the pop out is 72×238. There is a button in the light box that will expand the image to full size, but I want it to come up as full size by default.

I looked through all the settings and didn’t see anything that seemed to relate to this, so a little help would be appreciated.

Also, I have defined a title, but it is not coming up anywhere.

A link to view the page this is on is: http://mymobilepeek.com/join/

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, Your plugin version is pretty old. We’ve already fixed that issue. Please do the following:

    1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

    2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

    3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    That solved the problem.

Do you have an email list to be notified of updates to plugins so that I can stay up to date?

We continually fix minor bugs so you really don’t need an update unless you’re having a major issue.

We don’t want to notify all the customers of each minor release because there might still be some major bugs in it and all of a sudden their sites will be down.
