I’ve had this issue on a number of websites where I add additional photos to a product and when the product image is clicked on, lets say there are 2 additional images, if there are 4 more products after the selected image, they show up in the lightbox.

Seems to be a jquery or Pretty Photo conflict of some sort, or perhaps jQuery loading too many times. Anyone had this issue? I’m running Compexity-2 theme, from Themeforest.com.

    thanks

    Hi Peter

Tried all of the above, nothing worked. When I disable the Pretty Photo functionality in the theme, the lightbox functionality does not work. When I switch to the Twenty Eleven default theme. I get the same issue as I reported in the thread. How does the eStore work as far as the lightbox functionality go -where does it keep the JQuery libraries? If I can pinpoint which files are being loaded then I can perhaps find a solution.

    I’m still no further forward.

    Hi jon,

How did you disable the PrettyPhoto in the theme?

Also, there is a checkbox in the eStore plugin Settings page called “Enable Lightbox effect on Images”. Did you have that enabled or disabled?

Could you try changing the setting to see if the behaviour changes?
