Are there any premium theme makers that have made any “premium” themes strictly designed around the integration of WP eStore? I know that there are many “premium” themes designed around integrating WP e-Commerce and they are cool.

If you want to make your site to “look great” on a budget, try hiring a high school art student; then have them design graphical elements for your pages.
