PPV experience

Okay, so I purchased this product the other day. Seems pretty good thus far. But I have a problem since this will be my first time using this product.

So I’ve set-up the wp store for a PPV live web broadcast from Livestream. The player is embedded to a gateway page that I set up in the software. we are holding advanced ticket -sales (discounted) purchases for those who want to get their tickets early. Problem is I’ve noticed that the Livestream player gives you the link to the channel page if you tap the screen or click the link, and allows you to embed the player unless you are PREMIUM you may not remove the the default settings.

We cannot afford the PREMIUM fee just yet, but what if we have customers who purchase tickets early & they happen to click the link in their email which would then show them the player & the source of the player?? Can we later go & create a new gateway link & those same people who purchased advanced tickets still manage to be get the new link.

Which documentation did you follow to setup the pay per view stuff? Please post a link to that document.

I would recommend using the new option as it will give you more flexibility.

With that said, if you have set the expiry duration to a long enough value the encrypted link to give them access to the URL that you specify in the “Digital Content URL” field of the product.
