Posts not showing up in categories

I am using a purchased video theme, which I integrated with WPeStore. I have set up all my products and, then created posts for each of them. There appears to be a conflict between the categories. I have been using categories fund in Dashboard > Posts > Categories.

But I recently noticed that the categories I set up in WPeStore aren’t being used anywhere in my theme. Using the categories in WPeStore will allow me to have a specific thumbnail for each category.

But the Dashboard > Posts > Categories are what the rest of my site/theme uses to sort, use with widgets, etc. Can you point me in the right direction as far as how to resolve this?

Basically, the regular categories (Dashboard > Post > Categories) do everything I need, except give me static thumbnail images for each category.

The eStore categories are only used for categorizing your Products. This has not relationship with your WordPress post categories.

If each of your posts represent a product then you don’t need to use eStore’s category. Simply use your WordPress posts category.
