I’m using Lightbox Ultimate to display a web page as a popup when you click on a text anchor.
When I use more than one instance of the same anchor on a page, the plugin shows multiple instances of the same web page in the popup.
For example, on the following page, I’ve used the word ‘format’ as the anchor. That word occurs next to each of three audio players. If you click on any of those anchors, the pop-up overlay says there are three pages. But they’re all the same page.

How can I prevent the plugin from displaying these multiple instances?
Thanks!
Bob
Hi, You are using the same URL three times on the same page. So the plugin is trying to group them together knowing that they are related to one another.
We have added a fix for this in the plugin. Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).
Let me know how it goes.
I installed the update, and problem solved! Thank you!
I just purchased/downloaded LU yesterday, so I’m surprised I didn’t have the latest version. Or was the update released later in the day?
Also, FYI – your ‘Product Version Info Page’ needs updating. https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/version-info
Thanks again,
Bob
You had the latest version. we released a small update for that navigation issue you were having.
Thanks. We usually change the version info for major and stable (no bug has been reported) release.
