I really need to get this sorted – can I just pay someone

Can you please disable all other lightbox plugins or the plugins that are using external lightbox scripts?

OK – I have just disabled a whole batch of plugins – good housekeeping – lots I have tested before buying yours….

Sadly still the same issues.

Hi, have you checked the “Enable Fancybox” option in the Fancybox Settings (Settings->WP Lightbox->Library Settings->Fancybox Settings)?
