PM Pro recurring payments not tracked via affiliate plugin

I use PM Membership Pro for subscriptions and have the PM Pro WP Affiliate Platform Integration installed. WP Affiliate is only picking up the initial payment. When the second month rolls around, PM Pro captures the recurring payment, but WP Affiliate does not. Is there perhaps some setting that I missed? As I read it, installing the integration plugin is all that is required.
