Placing the gallery thumbnails in a L to R order

Hello,

Hope you can help.

We have a photo page which has 3 gallery thumbnails which when clicked lead to their relevant galleries. They are displayed 1,2 and 3, with 1 being the first/oldest loaded gallery.

What we’d really like to do is when new galleries are loaded, the latest – 4 – displays at the top left hand side of the page. So the order would be 4,3,2, and 1. That way the latest galleries are always load at the top left first. Can you advise how we an do this please? I’m pretty sure it’s in the configuration settings, but after looking through all the software settings, just can’t seem to find it at the moment. (All the galleries for now are on the same topic, so albums aren’t needed as such right now).

You can achieve what you are asking for via the setting called “Sort Order Of Gallery Selection” which is in the main Gallery menu.

(ie, this setting is in the “General Gallery Settings” section on the page one which lists all of you configured galleries)

Thank you for your reply.

Still having a bit of trouble however. Tried all the ‘sort order’ selections, but made no difference. Maybe I may have described the problem incorrectly, not sure. This is the page: http://www.hayden-media.com/shop-photography/ and we basically want the latest set of photos (on this page that is the thumbnail on the right), to appear on the left as we upload fresh gallery batches. So the the next pending gallery, would move those two across to the right and the latest intro thumb would then appear on the top left, and so on for all subsequent galleries…
