We have bundled downloadable products before but now have a need to bundle physical products. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thank you!
Yes, you should be able to bundle any products. Have a single physical product, identified and described as a bundle. Then remember to put all the bundled items into the same box, before shipping?
When you bundle a physical product it won’t take the shipping or tax details from the other items (if any). You will need to specify them in this new bundled product (this allows more flexibility).
Thank you for your reply! I apologize for my confusion . With digital products, the product ID’s that we wanted to bundle were placed in the download URL field. I am confused as to where the ID’s would be grouped for physical products that would designate them as a bundle. Where in the Add/Edit product admin do the physical products be put in the same box? Thanks again!
Yes you would use the same box for physical products. You would just place the product ids (for the products you want to bundle) in the download URL field.
