PHP Remote Post of commissions no longer working

Used to work long ago, refocusing on using this plugin and now it won’t work in testing….

Using the PHP code example in the documentation, it’s as thought the PHP isn’t

being executed as the WP affiliate debug.log doesn’t show any entries, just like it never was called. The curl_exec call is being called, but the $returnValue appears

to be Null when I echo it to screen. I can echo all the variables passed to the

$data array to screen and see it’s populated correctly.

What would cause this PHP Post example to not work? Ideas?
