photoseller threshold commissions

I have seen positive answers in the forum to questions about paying commissions after a threshold but I can’t seem to find the actual instructions. In my situation I have the affiliate plug in to pay commissions to salespeople and sponsoring organizations for photoseller sales. I will pay $40 each time a gallery is uploaded to a photographer and 25% on sales over $100 to the same photographer for that gallery with the sponsoring organization getting a flat 15% as an override. I would really appreciate your help in structuring this properly on Affiliate.
