PhotoSeller – cannot re-install plugin to another website

Hi there, I have 2 questions. The first one. I have tested your plugin PhotoSeller with universalideas.ca site and now I want to use it with the subdomain video.universalideas.ca

I deactivate the plugin from universalideas.ca, deleted it from WP and install it again to video.universalideas.ca but I’ve got a message, that I have to buy a new licence.

Could you tell me, please, how can I re-instal my licensed plugin at the new site.

And the second question. I try to organize images into Media library, but your plugin doesn’t see subfolders inside the Media Library. How can i fix it and make your plugin see the sublolders with images.

Before deactivating/uninstalling the plugin at site #1, you must also use the Deactivate License menu to release the license. You can then reinstall the license on site #2.

If it is possible, just reinstall/reactivate the plugin on site #1 and then deactivate the license. Otherwise, you will have to wait for someone here to reset your license key.

I have already de-install everything what I could, twice and triple, including “Admin Functions/Refresh sequrity, .htaccess file, clean browser cash,… Nothing happens.

The license needed to be deactivated from the product license menu of the plugin. When you deactivate the license it becomes free to be used again.
