Photo Seller – Purchase link not downloading full resolution picture

When the customer downloads the picture they bought, it’s only 480 x 320 when it should be 1920 x 1280. Please advice.

Is your photo size ratio set to “1” for the full size in your price list settings?

Can you please try the following test:

– go to Admin Functions menu and generate a download link for the same photo in full size and paste it here so I can try and download it.

There’s the answer to your question

If you want to deliver full size you need to offer a full-size ratio from your price list, ie, set to ratio 1.
