Photo Seller Plugin Installation Error

Hello Dear Admins,

i just purchased Photo Seller plugin to use it on my website. i received the email confirmation and the link to download the zip file with the plugin.

when i follow the instructions and upload the zip file im getting the following error:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: wp-photo-seller.zip

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Could not create directory. /home/username/public_html/domainame.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/

Plugin install failed.

i tried to find something related to this but i couldnt find anything uselful.

is there anything else i need to do prior to this step? I’m sorry if im overlooking an obvious step but i just got into WordPress and i’m learning on the go.

Seems like a file permission issue. You have other plugins installed on this site correct? I will take a look inside your site. I have sent you an email for it.

Update: Turned out that your “plugins” folder had incorrect file/folder permission. So WordPress wasn’t letting you upload a new plugin. I have corrected the plugins folder permission to “755” and it installed fine after that.
