Photo seller Photos do not upload

Hi,

I am new to Photo Seller and I have tried a variety of solutions from your forum, but I cannot upload the photos to my site’s gallery, my site is [www.planetaryhealing.com], the page I am referring to [http://planetaryhealing.com/?page_id=329] After a photo is selected, I save the gallery and nothing appears in the list under the gallery and no photos appear on the page. I called my hosting company and they upgraded my PHP memory. I checked that I do not have Photon in Jetpack activated. I tried to upload a small photo that was under 300 KB, but it didn’t work. My WP version is 3.8.1 and PhotoSeller I just purchased on Feb 5th, so I have the latest version. I don’t know what else to do. Can you please help?
