Photo Seller – Photo Details does not work with watermark enabled

When I try to add a watermark, nothing at all shows in the photo details page (no photo, not watermark) just the title of the page.

The website is vamitall.com and the php settings on the host are as follows:

PHP has been configured to use the following settings on our shared and reseller servers:

safe mode = Off (cannot adjust)

memory_limit = 256M (MAXIMUM)

max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM in seconds)

max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM in seconds)

post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM)

upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM)

enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)

Without being able to look at your server logs I can only guess….and my guess would be that your host does not have enough memory.

Can you please check your host file system to see if there are any logs produced by the server and if are there any logs pertaining to the photoseller plugin?

You were correct sir! The limits in my first post are just that — limits. memory_limit is now at 256M and it is working.

Hi, I’m having the same issue – could you tell me what to change to increase my memory limits?

Please ask your hosting provider what your current PHP memory limit it. Then we will be able to give you a number that you should increase it to.

I have a vps so I can change that myself – I’m just unsure as to where I go about it (is it in WHM?)
