To whom it may concern,
I just purchased WP Photo Seller, installed the (updated) plugin, and created a few test galleries. I’m happy so far with what I see, but there are a few small issues, and one big one. I’ll address the small issues in a later post, but the big issue is that when purchasing items through PayPal, it forces the user to have to sign up for PayPal if they don’t have an account, rather than just allowing them to use their credit card via PayPal, but without signing up for PayPal. I don’t want my customers to have to sign up for PayPal. I know this can be done, because when I tried a free WP photo seller plugin, they had that option and it worked fine. They just didn’t have an image download function, which is why I chose Photo Seller. Can you add a checkout function that uses the PayPal system for payment, but doesn’t require a user to sign up for PayPal? Thank you for your time. Keep up the good work!

Have you looked carefully on the paypal payment page for a link which says “pay with a credit or debit card”? Sometimes paypal minimises the credit card payment form and requires you to click the link to expand it.
Can you send us a link to your photo seller store so we can see for ourselves?

There are only two options: 1) pay with a PayPal account, or 2) create a PayPal account and pay with a credit card. This effectively requires all users to have to have a PayPal account. I know one can use their credit card via PayPal without having an account, because I did it using a free WP plugin. Is there a different link that Photo Seller needs to point to to make this happen? Thank you for your time.

Pay with credit cart (optionally create an account)
Something is not correct with your PayPal merchant account. Please contact PayPal support and ask them this question so they can look at your merchant account and tell you why they are not giving that option.
You don’t need to do anything in the photo seller as the issue is with your PayPal merchant account.
