I have been informed by a customer that they cannot see any of my photos, if I am logged into the site I can see them, but if I log out the thumbnails come up, but clicking on the photo brings up a PAGE NOT FOUND error

October 29, 2014 at 11:22 pm #66437PeterMemberTry the following:
Go to the Admin Functions menu and then click the “Regenerate Default Pages” button.
Then try loading your gallery again to see if that fixes it.

January 4, 2015 at 8:44 am #66441PeterMemberRoger,
I logged into your site and found the issue.
It was NOT caused by the photo seller plugin – someone had manually set the “photo details” page to “private” which was why people were not able to access the photo details. Please do not tamper with any of the photo seller page visibility settings. If you wish to protect your galleries with a password, use the gallery settings page to set a password for a particular gallery of your choosing but under no circumstances should you attempt to modify the “visibility” in the wordpress page edit menu!

Tried generate default pages.
March 14, 2015 at 1:24 am #66443PeterMemberPlease do the following checks:
1) check if your “photo details” page exists. If so, also check that its “Visibility” is not set to anything other than “Public”. If it doesn’t exist use the “Regenerate Default Pages” button in the Admin functions menu.
2) Go to the photo seller Settings->Page Settings and make sure that “Photo Details Page” is set to the correct page, ie, the one in the above step.
3) What is the setting of your wordpress “Permalinks Settings”?
March 14, 2015 at 7:17 am #66444palyMemberVisibility : public
Did Regenerat Default Pages
Photo Detals Page: ok
Permalink of this page: [http://springmemories.be/web/photo_details]
March 14, 2015 at 10:10 am #66445PeterMemberRegarding my permalink question – I meant your wordpress permalink settings, ie, go to settings->permalinks.
Can you tell me what that setting is for your site?
