Using Template 3 (which should display details if I understand it correctly) but on both Gallery and detail page the filename does not display, just an add button. Have tried other templates but to no avail.
The template I am using is Photo Gallery.
I have clients who will need to just look and then supply me with a list of file names so that I can then send HiRes versions for print repro

Yes you’re right the filename does not display on any template. However you have a number of alternative identifiers which can be just as useful for you.
1) The image id.
This is unique for each photo and is displayed in the URL.
For example you might have something like this in the URL for the photo details page:
523 is the image id
10 is the gallery id
2) The image name.
This is the main heading in the photo details page.
Or they can send you the links of the photo details pages for each photo they are interested in.
Let me know if the above if will work for you.

That could work, it means I will have to comb through all of the images they want in order to find the correct filenames – a pain.
These photos are of cricket matches and on a normal afternoon I can take somewhere between 2000 – 3500 photos, I will upload maybe 250-300, of which the organisers may want just 20.
How do I get the image ID and Gallery ID to show though

I have had another look through and have thought of a idea to be used if necessary!
Allow low res downloads at no charge(640×480) which will give them the file number and also easy to track back via the zero cost order, I just wish there was a way of watermarking the low res downloads as well as the usual detail view way

Another issue entirely
payment gateway tab says my PayPay email is mike@mike-wyatt.co.uk but paypal says it is michael.wyatt@mikewyatt.co.uk! I have tried changing but it will not save change, likewise when i enter PDT token it does not appear to be saving
End result no communication with PayPay (other thing I noticed was I am unable to save state in sandbox test mode)
Any ideas?

Another easier way which I should have mentioned first is to use the “Orders” menu page.
Basically after your customer makes an order, go to the WP Photo Seller >> Orders page and click on the specific order you want to process.
When inside the order receipt page you will see the photo ID and other information. You can even click on the photo ID which will open up a page directly to media edit page of the photo itself which will have the filename.
