Hi, I purchased Photo Seller recently and I’m still setting up my galleries. When I add more than 25 images to a gallery it creates a second page (in Create/Edit Gallery) and provides an arrow to go to it. However, when I click on the arrows it just refreshes and stay on the same page. I need to access some of the images on that second page to put in individual pricing but I can’t get to them. Everything looks good on the front end. Help, please.

January 27, 2016 at 6:19 am #72417bob_macMemberIt looks like it should go somewhere but doesn’t. The last part of the link I see when I hover over the ‘go to next page’and ‘go to last page’ arrows reads “…wp-admin/admin.php?page=WPS-gallery&task=manage&id=3&action=gallery_saved&create_wm=1&paged=2”. The first page I’m on has the same URL except it is “…1&paged=1”. I would expect the link to take me to page 2 but it just refreshes and gives me page 1 again.
January 27, 2016 at 6:32 am #72418PeterMemberHow many items does it say on the top right hand side of the table next to the arrows?
What happens when you exit out of the settings page for that gallery and then open it up for editing again and try the pagination – any difference in behaviour?
January 27, 2016 at 6:49 am #72419bob_macMemberIt says there are 44 items. 25 are displayed on page 1, the others are on page 2 which I can’t access. I tried what you suggested – went out, opened it up again, turned off pagination but that just changes the front end, otherwise no change.
January 27, 2016 at 7:24 am #72420PeterMemberBefore I look at your site I want you to perform one more test to see if there is any plugin conflict.
Please deactivate all other plugins except photo seller and try your gallery test again.
If that made the problem go away, start re-activating the plugins one by one until you find which plugin is causing it.
January 27, 2016 at 8:04 am #72421bob_macMemberThanks, Peter, I did that and it’s now working so there’s obviously a conflict with another plugin. I’ll have to reactivate one by one. Thanks for your help – will let you know the outcome.
January 27, 2016 at 10:20 am #72422bob_macMemberThanks, Peter, it’s working now. I found two plugins that were affecting it – Huge-IT Video Gallery and Nino Contact Form. I’m sure I can find others to replace them so not a problem.
