    Hi,

Just purchased the plugin, like what it promises to do. So far hit a couple of problems.

The main one being when clicking on a thumbnail to go to the details page it then displays a FATAL ERROR.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare create_fb_share_code() (previously declared in /var/sites/g/grahamburgessphotography.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/views/photo/photo-details-template.php:654) in /var/sites/g/grahamburgessphotography.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/views/photo/photo-details-template.php on line 674

‘my website address here’ is my actual website address.

If it hit F5 the page then displays correctly.

I have tried removing the check box for the FB like and share buttons but to no avail.

To see this for yourself go to

[http://www.grahamburgessphotography.co.uk/photogallery/gallery1/] and click on NFRC then one of the images with in there. sometimes it works ok so try a few different pictures.

Also, i have noticed that when I create a gallery e.g. NFRC, the link to it is ‘gallery1’ in the web address. Can I make this the name of the gallery?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Graham,

I just tried clicking on one of your thumbnails and I was able to successfully view the photo details page.

    Did you change anything recently?

    Hi Peter,

Nothing has been changed, I have found it to be intermittent. Would you mind clicking on several of the thumbnails to see if you can replicate the error.

    Many thanks

    Graham

Hi Graham, I have checked your photo gallery is a couple of browsers (chrome and firefox) and they work fine for me.

    Hi,

It keeps happening for me, I have now tried from several different computers.

Do you have an email address I can send a screen shot to?

    Thanks

    Graham

    Hi Graham,

Ok I have been able to reproduce it on your site. Let me do some investigations and I’ll let you know about the outcome.

I’ve hit another snag, I’m trying to upload an image to my ProPhoto grid and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘WPSSetting’ not found in /var/sites/g/grahamburgessphotography.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPS.php on line 692

This is stopping me from updating the content for my homepage.

Hi, Unfortunately I have had to remove this from my main site. I have reinstalled it on a subdomain [http://shop.grahamburgessphotography.co.uk] and I am yet to see the fatal error or the error just above. It looks like it wasn’t very compatible with my ProPhoto site.

Even the thumbnails are now showing correctly. Thank you for investigating the above though.

One outstanding query is the address to the gallerys with them being /gallery1, /gallery2 etc. I really don’t like this. Is there are a way to customise this as I wouldn’t want to give a customer such a generic link, I would want it to be more appropriate.

    Thanks in advance.

There’s nothing stopping you from changing the slug of those pages to something more appropriate.
