photo seller= after payment website do not show links to download pictures

Hi guys,

I’m working on this website festivaldelsole-photo.it

Now on testing:

my issue :

Order and payment works but when paypal redirect to thankyou page , the website do not show links to downloads pictures.

Mail instead works, mail arrive to client with links.

Other problem is: if a client pay with a paypal account with other mail ( the mother’s account for example) , how he can downloads pictures? Could client add own mail address before payment ( if is different from paypal account) ?

PayPal requires products be delivered to validated (by them) email addresses. Have his mother add his personal email address as an alias. Then, when he uses PayPal with the alias email address, the links will be sent to that address.

Can you please check what is the shortcode on the thank you page?

(it should be [WPS_thankyou_page])

Did you also configure the “Thank You Page Settings” in the “Advanced Settings” section?

You will need to add a tag such as the following:

{product_link_digital_items_only}
