Photo gallery is not connecting to paypal 404 error

Hi,

I have a website 53northcreative.com

I have set up a test gallery and have added e-mail address to use paypal standard checkout.

However when I click on an image to buy it brings me to a 404 error page:

I have used the galleries before successfully, no problems.

I am not super experienced with wordpress so help would be appreciated!

Can you please share a link to your gallery page that this plugin created so I can click on an image to check the behavior?

I went to your “Buy Your Photos” page and the checkout works fine there. So I want to check the gallery page where it is not working.

I have realised after some hours of playing around that a lot of the gallery styles don’t work for me. For example template 1 works which is what you saw. I like some of the other templates much better but all of these return the 404 error (won’t connect to pay pal OR more recently it diverts me to my about me page)

The photo details page (that this plugin creates at install time) is messed up. You may have deleted that page.

Go to the “Admin Functions” menu and then click the “Regenerate Default Pages” button. That should recreate the photo details page.

Go to the settings menu of the plugin and check to make sure the photo details page is set to the newly created details page.

Test your gallery after that and let us know how you go.

Thank you, I tried what you suggested and something has changed, the gallery no longer goes to my about page. However it returns a 404 error

Note, I haven’t re-made any galleries I just re-loaded what was already there as in theory this should have worked I think.

You don’t need to re-made your gallery. It should just work.

Can you please go to the permalink settings of your wordpress site then hit the save button there. Don’t change anything just go to that menu and hit the save button. Let me know if the details page load fine after that.
