Photo Details page does not display photo

The photo details page is blank. PHP memory limit is set to 256mb. Please advise. Thank you.

I can see that all of your other galleries work fine, eg:

However this gallery doesn’t:

What is different for gallery 17? Can you check that the images are all correctly located in that gallery’s folder using FTP? (see ~wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller)

Each gallery will have a folder name represented by that gallery’s number.

Also, for gallery 17 check the value of Watermarked Max Preview Dimension (px): in the gallery settings. What is the value you have set for this?

Thank you for your response. This is the first gallery I have created after installing a new theme – Sharpness by ColorLabs. I have determined that the images are correctly located in gallery folder, however there is only one photo with the prefix watermark_ while the other galleries appear to have a watermark_ file for each corresponding picture. The max preview dimension is set to 800 px for gallery 17. I tried reducing the px to 600 but it had no effect.

Can you try re-creating the gallery again?

i have this same problem- “The photo details page is blank. PHP memory limit is set to 256mb” i just set it at 256- and still have the same problem- if i refresh the webpage then the image does come up, but i wouldnt expect clients to do that to every photo how can i fix this? it’s driving me nuts

also when you use the facebook like button -if someone clicks on your post (from facebook) to see the image it says something like choose an image from the gallery so it dosnt show the image- is this because its a password protected gallery?

I just took a look at your gallery and it appears to working well. Every photo displays properly without the need to refresh the page.

Is there anything in particular I need to do to see the problem you described?

ok thats good might just be me then, once i view a photo once then it works well it happens to me the first time i go into each photo to see the larger version, is that what you checked?

also very important when you go to share in facebk it dosnt grab the image , why? is it because its password protected?

i already installed the plugin WP Facebook Open Graph protocol but it didnt help me in this prob

The photos displayed ok for me the first time.

Can you check with your host provider and ask them what is the value of PHP

“memory_limit” for your server?

Perhaps you should set up another test gallery which has never been viewed before and then send me the link to it so I can be the first visitor to see the photo details page.

(It could be that your server doesn’t have enough memory or grunt to produce the watermark image the first time)

i’ll get back to u soon about the php value (i’ll check with my host) but i did change it from 128 to 384 already, is this something different
