Auto Percentage Discount not Working for Photo Seller

Hi

I have tried to apply an automatic discount so that if someone orders 5 images, they get a 20% discount.

This works OK, but we have applied another discount so that if they order more than 11 images, they get a 30% discount, which does not get applied.

Also, if you have a number of images (e.g. 6) in the cart and remove one of them, the discount gets removed completely, even though it should still be applied, if you then remove another image and add it back, the discount gets really applied.

Is there a fix for this?

If the cart items are changed after a coupon is applied, it will clear the coupon. This is for security.

However, it should apply the automatic discount again given the current cart meets the requirement.
