PDF Stamper – special characters not correct

Hi,

Everything works well, except for a stamp that contains special characters. Unfortunately, a significant amount of my customers are German, so characters such as Üü, Ää and Öö are common … and I would very much like their names/adresses shown correctly.

Is there a way to fix this?

PS: Searching for ‘special characters’ or ‘code page’ in the pdf stamper fora does not yield any results.

Please check the “Use UTF-8 Font” field from the PDF stamper settings. We call them accented characters so if you use UTF-8 font it will work fine.
