PDF Stamper – sometimes the automatic email does not work

Hi, I installed PDF Stamper on wordpress a few weeks ago, and I use it with a paypal button.

Everything was ok, someone paid for the book and he received the file by PDF Stamper.

Then sometimes it happened that the automatic e-mail from PDF stamper did not work correctly.

Once customer XXX paid and he did not receive anything. And I received only the mail from paypal, but not the mail from PDF Stamper. Then customer YYY paid and he received correctly the automatic email with the link of the file, but I did not received anything from PDF Stamper. (But I received the mail from paypal)

Here below I put two logs.

Note that in the logs it says that the e-mail to mymail@gmail.com was ok, but I did not receive it.

Of course I deleted some details from the logs, putting XXX/YYY

I searched for similar problems on the forum, but I could not find anything.

I checked for the printed files: they are correctly encrypted in the correct position.

The following lines of the debug confirms that the plugin processed everything and executed the email sending code:

You basically have an email delivery issue for emails sent from your site. Please go through the following post which will explain everything:

Install an SMTP plugin and configure it so all emails sent from your site is going via SMTP. That should improve the email situation of your site.
