PDF stamper registration failed after host created public_html again

Hello

I bought this plugin long-back but never used because I was using google sites till now. Recently I signed up with a host and then registered here as purchased member because I plan to use products I bought.

I installed all plugins and they seem to have installed with no problem. Though I am new to WP it seemed okay when I installed. When I was learning about FTP and adding and deleting files in public_html I did some error and my host again installed public_html for me as new folder.

Even now though I have public_htmlOLD I use only new because my host said I deleted lot of files from root also.

Now I have new installation and site is under construction from fresh public_html but strangely your pdf stamper didn’t register. What went wrong? Because all these self management won’t be on google sites I am a bit confused about this.

Your help is much appreciated to get out of this problem.

When you say it “won’t register,” what specifically do you mean?

You shouldn’t need to use FTP to install the plugins. All the WordPress plugins can be installed via the following area of our WordPress dashboard:

Plugins -> Add New -> Upload

Have you watched the video tutorials for each of the plugins?
