PDF Stamper – Problem with Duplicate PDF Stamps

When reviewing the Manage Stamped Files section, I see that some customers (not all of them) have duplicate stamped files. In some cases, there are two stamped versions shown that were done at the exact time (down the the exact second). In some other cases, there are two stamped versions shown that were done a few seconds apart. In all of the duplicate cases, the URLs to the stamped files are different from each other. What is strange is that this is only for “some” of the users.

I have a few questions:

1) Is this normal behavior?

2) Does this imply that some people might be getting two separate order confirmation emails with stamped files when ordering one product?

3) If this isn’t normal, then what can we do to fix the duplicate issue?

Yeah it can happen if you are delivering the product on the “Thank You” page as well as via the email. These are all temporary files. Go to the manage stamped files menu and check the “Enable Auto Bulk Delete Feature” option and the plugin will auto delete them regularly.
