PDF Stamper – not receiving email after purchase

Hello,

I use the PDF stamper plugin with Paypal integration. After purchase customers receive the Paypal payment confirmation, but not the mail with the download link.

I am puzzled how this is possible as when I purchase the item myself I do get the mail with download link.

My customers have checked their spam/junk folder but it is not there… some are on Gmail others on ISPs…

My site is hosted with Dreamhost.

Do you guys have any idea what could be happening?

But while I get the test mails to my gmail, hotmail etc.. my customers are not… I am now very confused…

Tried WP SMTP as well…. In case you have an idea… let me know

Are you saying that you are the only person receiving emails, and that nobody else is? Or that only certain people are not?

It seems that I am the only one receiving the emails…

It is likely that you have inherited a server that was previously used by someone else who spammed a lot.

Did you try sending an email to one of your user’s email address using that email tester plugin?
