PDF Stamper – No stamp in "Download now" files

Hello, I have eStore + eMember + PDF Stamper package. My website allows only members to download pdfs for free. I use the shortcode [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=”1″ style=”2″ restriction=”2|4|1″] to allow the members to do this. The PDF is downloaded but without stamp.

Can you help me, please?

Other question: How can I see who has downloaded each file ?

The button type is 5 for download now button with stamping. So your shortcode should be the following:

[wp_eStore_fancy_display id=”1″ style=”2″ restriction=”2|5|1″]

Regenerate the shortcode using the member only download addon:

You can use the following addon to see if a generate link was used to download downloaded the item:

I tried the shortcode [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=”1″ style=”2″ restriction=”2|5|1″], but is the same, dont stamp.

Manual stamp works, but without {first_name}{last_name}{transaction_id}.

What can I do ?

Please create a test member account for level 2. Then share the page URL where I can go and login as that member and try a file download.

Please also enable the debug option in the store plugin (if you haven’t done it already).

You have checked the stamp pdf file option for this estore product in question correct?

You haven’t done anything I have told you in my previous post. The download button shortcode is ONLY for members. How am I going to test the download if I can’t login as a member. How about this… tell me exactly what steps you are taking to do the test. Then I can do those exact steps to see the issue.

You have all access to the website as admin, you can create a test member, and view all the configuration. ..

All your setup looks correct. The product on the [http://www.escapadinhaslowcost.pt/teste/] page will only be a download now button when a user is logged into emember. what username and password are you using to log into emember so you can download the pdf file?

Normally I use :

Username: mauriciof

Password: maurici0

You didn’t have the “Stamp the PDF File” option checked for that product (product ID 138). I have just enabled that option and did a test. It worked fine after that. Whenever you want to stamp a product, you need to check the “Stamp the PDF File” option for that product.
