Hi. I’m having a problem with the license being accepted on PDF stamper. I’ve got a WP multi-site – and want to use the stamper on just ONE of the sites. So not sure if this is possible? if it is – is there a way to control which site the stamper should be associated with? many thanks
Install the plugin in your network admin site (don’t activate the plugin there). Go to the admin dashboard of the sub-site. Activate the plugin from the plugins menu of this sub-site.
You did use this license key before though. So did you deactivate the license from the wp install where you had it activated before? Deactivating a key from an existing install will free it up so you can use the key on a different install.
Hi. I wasn’t sure if I properly deactivate the license on the original website – so I reinstalled it on the orginal website – it showed that it was active already (so looks like I didn’t deactivate it properly) – but when I went to ‘deactivate’ under license tab – I got this error message: “License key deactivation failed!
License key could not be deactivated.”
Is there another way to deactivate it?
