PDF Stamper – License key deactivation failed

I’ve deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the plug-in and reactivated, but I still cannot deactivate the license – need to move plug-in to production server from dev. The site is running wp 4.94 and is the latest version of the plugin.

When I click the deactivate button i get the following:

License key deactivation failed!

License key could not be deactivated.

1. You are trying to do the license key deactivation from the dev system?

    

2. Is the dev system connected to the Internet?

Edited the post to clarify. Yes trying to deactivate the license to move the license to production server. They system is connected to the internet.

FYI, the plugin is making a GET request to the license manager with the secret key, license and domain and is getting a 200 OK response.
