PDF Stamper – error lot of users

Failed to retrieve customer data for the given transaction ID! Make sure you made a live transaction before exercising the download option with PDF stamping. PDF file stamping does not work unless real customer details is present from the gateway transaction.

What is the reason? For most of the users there are no problems, but there are users getting an error.

What percentage or number, is “most users” and “some users?”

And have you identified the conditions that the issue occurs? Please enable the debug logs.
