PDF Stamper don't show phone number

I try to stamper a PDF with the phone but don’t show this is the code I’m using:

Este archivo está autorizado SÓLO para el uso de {customer_name}, quien es alumno(a) de Profesor Virtual, cuyo correo electrónico es {customer_email} y cuyo teléfono es {customer_phone}.

It can only stamp the phone number if that was collected during the checkout. PayPal doesn’t require phone number (so it is an optional piece of info).

Did the user enter phone number during checkout on the PayPal checkout page?

Did the user enter phone number during checkout on the PayPal checkout page? YES.

But our platform it’s through woocommerce accepting payments in cash to it’s no necesary go to the PayPal checkout

It can stamp the phone number from the WooCommerce transaction also.

Edit the WooCommerce order in question and check the value in the “Billing Phone” field. Is there a value there?

In my website it’s mandatory put the phone number ’cause is the way to contact my students so my instalation of wordpress and woocommerce requiered the phone number YES
