I purchased pdf stamper and estore (deactivated now). I wish to use only the pdf stamper now. It works by stamping the file and putting it in the correct storage folder. The paypal part works fine but no download link is sent to the customer. I cannot access the admin function in pdf stamper. Right now all it says is enter an encrypted code then decode it. The license number does not work and I have no idea where the “encrypted code” is. The forum discusses the admin functions that should be available but none are visible on my screen.

Did you successfully activate the PDF Stamper plugin or not, using the license key?
I did successfully activate the stamper. I can manually stamp files and I can automatically stamp them but no email is sent with a link in it. When I test the buy button Paypal gets its work done properly, a receipt is sent to me and to the purchaser. The email to the purchaser does not contain the link to download the file. When I look in the folder where the stamped files are the stamped file is there and the link is displayed. The admin function on pdf stamper on my computer only has one field on it and the directions are to input an encrypted key and click the decode button. I have no idea what that is or where it is. Are there no admin functions in pdf stamper? It seems from the forum there. I am now trying to work with estore to see if it can control the stamper/email/download link process better than pdf stamper. The admin functions/settings etc are all clearly visible in that plugin.
The PDF stamper is not suppose to have anything in the admin functions menu. You maybe mistaking that one with the “Admin Functions” menu of eStore plugin.
Let me first address your issue with the transaction. This would be related to the plugin not receiving payment notification from PayPal. I will reply to your email and explain to you what you should do next.
