Tagged: Browse Stamped Files, pdf stamper
Basically, I want access to the /stamped-files/ folder it so I can see all the PDFs that have been stamped using just the web browser.
I tried protecting the folder using a .htaccess file to allow a log-in, but that gave me an Error 500. Renaming index.html gave me an Error 403.
Cheers.
You really shouldn’t be using a browser to directly access the stamped file directory. Because no matter how clever you think you are, ensuring that only your browser has access, anyone else can do the same thing.
The recommended way of browsing a directory’s contents is to use an FTP client such as FileZilla, or the FireFTP plugin for Firefox. These are all free software/application.
