PDF Stamper – Ability To (or Not To) Print Based on User Level

I’m using the shortcode to successfully deliver pdfs in my membership area using wishlist.

However, I would like to offer some people the ability to print and prevent others from printing.

Any way to do this?

No.

Once a file is downloaded; the plugin has no control over access to the file’s content.

Are you talking about embedding the PDF file on different pages with different kind of print permission? Something like the following?
