Hello,
I had PDF Stamper working fine with eStore and eMember last weekend but yesterday the client who bought the plugin package tried to make a color formatting change to 93 93 255 (blue) to the stamped PDF, and the downloaded files seemed to now have no stamp.
I selected the area in the download where the stamp should be, and discovered that it was there but it was transparent/invisible.
I tried to change it to 0, 0, 0 (black) for testing but it would only change to 93 93 0, which is yellow – and it now prints fine but it is in light yellow.
I tried many times to change it but it’s stuck on the yellow 93 93 0, so I took screenshots of all the settings and deactivated, deleted and re-uploaded and reactivated the plugin.
But it still won’t let me change the color and it stays yellow.
Not sure what to try next. All seems to be working but we can’t change the color of the stamped text.
Using the latest version of the plugins and WordPress and no other plugins activated.
I can’t provide a link because it can’t be seen on the front end because it’s part of the membership area.
Regards,
Tony
I will need to jump on your site and check this. Please reply to the email that I sent to you.
Thank you, that would be great.
I checked with the client – the forum email is their’s since they bought the software bundle – and they have not received your email, and they have checked their spam folder.
Since I’m helping them with their T&T plugins, would it be OK for me to give you my email address? I was able to receive emails from Luke when we we ran into an earlier issue.
Thanks.
Regards,
Tony
Yes. You can also fill in the contact form and mention this forum thread and I will get back to you.
Thank you – done.
You may have had a slight caching issue. I have just set it to 255 255 255 then to 0 0 0 and it worked. It is now set to black (0 0 0).
Thank you very much.
