Hi T&T,
Loving the PDF stamper, being running solid for a year now and it is great.
I have just had a customer send me his stamped file. I have the settings to be secure except he is allowed to print. However, his file (that went through PDf stamper) has the print settings locked at lo-resolution 150DPI. On screen is fine. There is no setting that I can find in the PDF stamper plugin to change this (or even control this). Any suggestions on how I can get the plugin not to change the resolution in the PDF please?
Please let me know if you would like to see the file.
The files I add to my server are added without any print resolution restrictions so it seems to be the plugin doing the changes. It happens on manual stamping too.
Thanks for any assistance here.
Barry
Hi Barry, you didn’t mention which version of the PDF stamper you are using. Please let me know your PDF stamper plugin version and the WordPress version.
Thanks, sorry for the lack of details.
I am on WP 3.51 and stamper 4.1.9.
regards, Barry
Thank you. I have fixed this issue in the plugin. I sent you an updated version of the PDF stamper plugin to test it out.
Thanks for the quick fix. All up and running again.
regards,
Barry
