Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP PDF Stamper › PDF certificates with the buyer's name "stamped" in the center instead of footer
I have a client who wants to provide PDF certificates for each person who donates to his cause. The certificates use an image as a background & he wants the customer’s name to populate in more or less the middle of the PDF. PDF Stamper seems like a perfect solution!
Can you verify that PDF Stamper will display the name in the center (or rather a predefined area) of a PDF instead of in the footer if I hack the PDF Stamper files? I’m guessing this is possible, but want to be sure before I purchase PDF Stamper on my client’s behalf.
Hi, You can adjust the “Line Distance from the Bottom of the Page” field value to stamp anywhere on the page.
This is also something that I will need for a website I am completing now.
I guess one work around will be to create some text above where the current stamp is at the bottom of the pdf such as:
Certificate Awarded To:
“PDFStamper Information”
It’s not ideal but may work for a short term fix.
Hi,
Has this option been added since last year?
Thanks!
You can stamp anywhere on the PDF file. Use the “Line Distance from the Bottom of the Page” field to adjust where you want to place the stamp. For example a value of 100 in that field will place the stamping somewhere in the middle.
