Are you saying PayPal is not letting you log into your PayPal account? That is something you have to direct to PayPal support.
November 24, 2014 at 2:30 am #66971natbMemberMy client has tried to check out and pay with he paypal and when she enters her details to login to pay it is saying incorrect password when she has entered her correct details. I then tested it on my site and it did the same thing and I have also entered my correct details.

November 24, 2014 at 6:45 am #66973adminKeymasterAre you running the plugin in Sandbox mode then trying to do a checkout using the live PayPal account or vice versa? Remember, your sandbox account and live accounts are completely different.
November 25, 2014 at 1:46 am #66974natbMemberI believe its paypal because it says test on paypal section at checkout but paypal are not being very helpful with how to change it from sandbox mode to live?
November 25, 2014 at 9:49 pm #66975adminKeymasterThere is a checkbox for it in this plugin’s settings area. By default it is set to LIVE mode. You can switch between live and sandbox mode by changing the settings value.
Also, post a link to your product page so I can take a look and confirm if you are running in live mode of sandbox mode.
August 24, 2016 at 9:22 pm #66976CarynMemberI am having this same exact problem.
It first started with users saying they weren’t receiving a download link when they purchase an entire gallery from WP Photo Seller off our website. Here’s an example:
So when I started testing it, I realized no one can get logged in to Paypal. I contacted Paypal and they said everything is good on their end. I searched for this sandbox mode but I can’t find anything about that in the settings area. Can you please help? And can you also let me know if it is not possible for our users to get a download link for an entire gallery? I have it enabled for the download link to be on the Paypal bounceback email and I have inserted the identity token. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
August 24, 2016 at 11:33 pm #66977adminKeymasterYou have enabled the sandbox mode in the plugin. Please disable sandbox mode by going to the settings.
Sandbox mode will send the transaction to PayPal’s sandbox site (not the live site). It is best to not touch that sandbox mode settings if you don’t know what it does.
Once you disable sandbox mode from the plugin settings, your issue will be resolved.
