I tried to do a checkout of a product and after I enter my email and password in paypal I get this message:
We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now
Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant’s website and try using a different payment method (if available).
I’m not even on sandbox mode even though I need to be so I don’t know what the issue is. Please advise and thanks in advance.
Has the email address you used to log into PayPal been verified? I don’t mean your PayPal account, but the email address itself; especially if you have more than 1 email address associated with your PayPal account.

Is your PayPal merchant account fully verified? PayPal doesn’t let you accept some methods of payment until your account is verified.
