Paypal return URL error

After a successful purchase on Paypal the Return to Vendor link shows an error.

We have created a general Return URL in WP eStore’s Settings (thank you page) as per the manual and also a added PDT Identity Token (verified and working).

We are running WordPress 5.7.1 running Everything theme and WP eStore 8.2.7

What error do you get? Did you verify that the return URL that you specified is a valid URL? Enter that URL in the browser’s address bar to make sure there is no typo in the URL you have entered in the settings.

The thank-you page has been entered correctly into the Return URL in WP eStore settings:

[anandamarga.org/store/thank-you]

The error we get is this:

This page isn’t working right now
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 414

That seems like query-string-too-long. Any way to control this in WP eStore?

Update: it was not an issue with WP eStore but our WordPress security software, the iThemes Security plugin, that had a setting to restrict long URL’s. Everything is working well again.
