PayPal profile based shipping not working

I’ve read through almost every thread I can find on this. I’m trying to have WP eStore use Paypal shipping.

1. I have checked the line in settings to allow this and

2. have checked “Yes” to Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator’s settings: in my Paypal shipping Methods page.

3. I’ve tried both weight and amount in the Paypal Shipping Rates setting ‘From’ at 0.01 and up with amount of shipping set at $2.99.

I’m missing something but don’t know what.

Do you want the paypal profile based shipping (configured in your paypal account) to be applied to the transaction? If you do, then you don’t need to enable the “Use the shipping fee in the transaction” option. That option makes it to where if the cart has 0 shipping then paypal will show 0 shipping (its going to basically take the shipping from the cart).

Next, let me look at one specific product so I can inspect the shipping parameters. I was checking the “Mister Glue 20gram bottle” product on your site and it looks like you have specified $0 shipping for them. Did you edit the product and entered $0 for individual shipping? Can you tell me the shipping related values you are using for that product so I can get a good idea of the setup.

That worked. I fixed the: “Use the shipping fee in the transaction” option. and all seems to be fine now. Thank you so, so much.
