Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eStore Forum › WP eStore Troubleshooting › paypal payment screen defaults to a product, but I'm selling a service
Hi,
I’m selling membership to an online course. People can buy the membership for one single price, or pay a monthly subscription.
When I tested the one price (and charged myself a penny) Paypal automatically added shipping charge to the price. How to I get paypal to acknowledge that this is a service and not a product that I’m shipping?
Thanks
Here’s something interesting: This only happens when I use the Add to Cart button. When I use the “Buy now” button, it does not try to charge shipping.
I am using the “Add to cart” button so that some of my clients can use discount coupons.
This was marked as answered.. but it’s not been answered yet.
