Hello
A little problem with eMember paypal integration:
It seems to work only if the paypal mail is the same as the registration mail on eMember. For security resaons, i personnaly prefer never use my paypal mail address as the same of registration on any website.
If we use a different mail adress, eMember seems to work but create a new different user instead of updating the level of the user who payed Stange no?
Is there a way to retreive and use the original user id when updating returning from paypal validation?
I suppose it would be possible to send paypal a user id and retrieve it after operating (a lot of sites do that).

Are you using eMember with plain PayPal button or with eStore?
If you are using eStore to create the payment buttons then it doesn’t matter what the email address is. As long as the member is logged into the site when making the payment, eStore will be able to retrieve the user ID after payment and update that profile.
